Lisa grew up in Maple Valley, Washington and attended Seattle University (NCAA DI) as a 4-year starter from 2012-2015. During Lisa’s time at Seattle University, she played primarily first base and also saw time in the outfield her sophomore year. The left handed power hitter cemented herself in the middle of the order, setting records in doubles and also homeruns. Lisa was named All WAC First Team Honors and All WAC Tournament Team Honors in 2014.
Once graduating in spring 2015, Lisa took her talents overseas to Austria, where her overseas journey began. To date, Lisa has been contracted to play in 5 different European countries, Australia, New Zealand (4 seasons), Japan (3 seasons), and most recently, Taiwan.
During Lisa’s career overseas, she has seen time at all positions on the field, excluding pitcher. Lisa has also been contracted as a Player/Coach with various teams in Europe, has experience working within the youth of her contracted club programs, and also experience within designing and delivering softball programs for local schools.
Softball styles vary across the globe. Something unique to Lisa’s skill set stems from her time spent contracted in Japan – arguably the most established and competitive professional women’s softball league in the world. Lisa became accustom to the Japanese style of our sport, while competing and living in Japan from 2020-2022. Lisa was able to learn more in depth about fielding and hitting from an entirely new perspective, that’s proven both competitive successes on both national and international stages.
