Josh Berry

Former Pro

Josh brings a lifetime of baseball experience. Playing and coaching alongside the best the NW has had to offer. Josh brings a passion for the game that can be infectious. Along with GM duties, Josh also heads our Pitching Dept. and runs strength and conditioning.

After getting drafted by the Toronto Blue Jays out of Lake Stevens High School, injury took Josh away from the game for 6 years. In his return he would go on to sign professionally 3 times over the next 7 years. Also spending time with the Seattle Studs, where they won 2 National Championships.

Josh has also had a lengthy coaching career spanning from time with his sons 8U team, 2 seasons at Lake Stevens High School, a few runs with local select programs, and currently a coach for the summer collegiate team the Everett Merchants who play in the Pacific International League.

Brent Lillibridge

U. of Washington (WA), 6-Year MLB Career

Brent grew up in Everett, Washington where he went to Jackson High School in Mill Creek. After graduating high school he played baseball for the Washington Huskies for three seasons, where he was named to the All-Pac 10 Conference for three straight seasons.

He was selected by the Pittsburgh Pirates in the fourth round, with the 121st overall selection in the 2005 MLB Draft. Over his 9 year professional career he played parts of 7 years in Major League Baseball for the Atlanta Braves, Chicago White Sox. Boston Red Sox, Cleveland Indians, Chicago Cubs and New York Yankees.

He now takes his knowledge playing with the world’s best baseball players into the next phase of his life, teaching and mentoring kids through baseball to maximize their abilities on the field, but more importantly, preparing them for life during and after their careers.

Aaron West

U. of Washington (WA), 6-Year Pro Career

Aaron West is a graduate of Snohomish High School where he lettered all four years. The Panthers took second in state in 2007 and won the high school state baseball championship in 2008. Following high school, Aaron attended the University of Washington where he played baseball and received his bachelors degree. He was the Friday night starter for the Huskies his sophomore, junior and senior seasons placing him eighth all-time in starts. Aaron was drafted by the Houston Astros in the 17th round of the 2012 Draft. He was a New York-Penn League All-Star in 2012 and a Texas League All-Star in 2015. He finished the 2017 season with the Seattle Mariners. Aaron has been coaching and giving pitching instruction since 2014 and is the 2019 16U Snohomish Sox coach.
