Compliance Statement – BASE/NW Show

NW Show (“the Program”) operates as a youth athletic development program and is committed to full compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including those of the State of Washington governing youth sports, participant safety, and employment or independent contractor relationships.

All coaches, staff, contractors, and volunteers (“Program Representatives”) are required, as a condition of participation, to:

  • Successfully complete background screening procedures in accordance with Washington State law and Program policy
  • Comply with all child safety and abuse prevention requirements, including applicable mandatory reporting obligations
  • Adhere to a strict prohibition on the use, possession, or influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or controlled substances during Program-related activities
  • Maintain a safe, respectful, and development-focused environment for all athletes
  • Follow all Program policies, including codes of conduct, supervision standards, and incident reporting procedures

NW Show maintains policies and procedures designed to protect participants, including appropriate supervision ratios, risk management practices, and protocols for addressing misconduct or safety concerns.

All Program Representatives are expected to act in the best interest of participating youth and to uphold the integrity and reputation of the Program at all times.

Failure to comply with this Compliance Statement or applicable laws and regulations may result in disciplinary action, including removal from the Program, and may be reported to appropriate authorities where required.
