Terry Phillips, DPT, CSCS, is a physical therapist and our Director of Strength & Conditioning. He earned his Doctor of Therapy degree from Ithaca College in New York and spent six years at the famed Driveline Baseball, where he worked with athletes ranging from youth to the MLB. Terry is now the owner of Phillips Rehab and Performance, where he continues to blend rehabilitation and strength training practices to help athletes move and perform their best.
Nick Kemper, MS, CSCS, is our Strength & Conditioning Coordinator and former baseball player at The University of Akron in Akron, OH. Nick combines his playing experience at the D1 level with his background in player development and high performance using data-driven methodologies while working at Driveline Baseball. Nick focuses on giving athletes a foundation to build off of and then blending that training into on-field performance.
Nick Salstrom, MS, CSCS, is our Strength & Conditioning Coach at our Skagit facility. He played baseball at Eastern Oregon University, which is where he got his Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Human Performance, before going on to complete his Master’s of Science in Sport Performance at Point Loma Nazarene University. Nick specializes in developing athletes through structured training and performance-focused programming designed to enhance the product on the field.
Jake Bradley is one of our Strength & Conditioning Coaches at our Lynnwood facility and is a jack of all trades as he not only helps out on the strength side, but also on the pitching side while still playing independent professional baseball as a pitcher. A graduate of psychology and former player from St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud, Minnesota, Jake brings a highly competitive spirit to Base to help young athletes develop and build confidence through training that compounds over time.
Kelci Studioso is a former softball standout from Bellevue College in Bellevue, Washington. While she was at Bellevue, she won multiple honors, including being named a two-time First Team All-American by the NFCA, NWAC Player of the Year, and was the recipient of the New Balance NWAC Golden Shoe Award, softball’s highest honor. She has been a part of Base since 2023 and has a vital role as a hitting instructor in the softball department while also serving as an assistant coach for the Lady Mavs softball team.
