Kids miss out on select ball for a number of reasons (time commitment, the financial investment, etc.). Plus, those who do play select could often benefit from additional playing time as well. WHAT TO EXPECT

  • 7 7-inning Saturday games
  • 8 practices at our Lynnwood facility
  • Relief pitching options to preserve arms
  • Prize incentives encourage individual development
  • All players bat
  • Regularly defensive rotations (no more than 2 innings on the bench)

Games will be seven innings long. To preserve arms, coaches or a machine will be ready to step in once pitch counts have been met. Unlike a normal league, team wins and losses will be worth consideration for bragging rights, but Summer League will ultimately be about individual development.

With that in mind we will have the following prize incentives:

  • Best Single Game Performance
  • Offensive MVP
  • Defensive MVP
  • League MVP
  • Plus, multiple drawings with tickets awarded to all players for total bases reached when batting.
