Most athletes want to chase outcomes, I guide athletes into being grounded to a process that works in any environment. Through identity, development, breath work, visualization, self talk, reflection, and awareness training I help develop resilient nervous systems and elite mindsets that make the “big moments” become less scary and more maneagable!
